The phone system was completely down. i tried calling multiple times from my cell but there was no dial tone. the room was not especially clean. I noticed lingering dust and what looked like old stains on the carpet. this.

the hotel staff were great. i appreciated their help with directions.
the room smelled musty and it made it hard to relax. i asked for a plug for the bathtub, but they only had one that was too small. i had to use a cloth to retain water.

I appreciated the prompt service provided. The location was ideal (close to everything) and offered easy access to nearby attractions. The room upgrade to an ocean view enhanced my stay. I stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, convenient.
The chairs provided for beach use were a bit old. I think the hotel should invest in some new ones.

the location was ideal the hotel had a definite vibe i loved. i checked in earlier because i arrived from a cruise that morning this was convenient. the receptionist was professional and helpful.
my room was not clean i saw insects. there was also an unpleasant smell i noticed. the bed was not comfortable it was the worst i've slept on in years.
